What we keep, and why.

Franky's Detailing is a small, owner-operated business. The shortest version of this page: we collect what we need to answer your message, route your booking, and understand which pages people read. Nothing more.

What we collect

• Contact form. Name, phone, email, vehicle, services of interest, and any message you write. Sent to Franky directly via email and not stored on a server we control beyond delivery.
• Booking. Bookings are handled by Urable, our booking platform. Their privacy policy governs the data you submit there.
• Analytics. Google Analytics 4 (GA4) records anonymized page views, referrers, and basic device info. IP addresses are anonymized. We do not use it to identify individuals.
• Spam protection. Cloudflare Turnstile runs a privacy-friendly bot check on the contact form. No tracking.
• Reviews. Customer reviews shown on this site are pulled from public Google Business reviews via the Google Places API. We do not store them.

What we do with it

We use what you send us to reply, schedule, and complete the work. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with anyone outside of the parties needed to deliver the service (Urable, Resend for transactional email, Google Places for review display).

Cookies

This site uses a small number of cookies set by Google Analytics. You can opt out at any time using a browser extension or the privacy controls in your browser. The site works the same with or without analytics enabled.
